We’re going to the Robotics Summit and Expo!

Logos for the Robotics Summit and Expo, Healthcare Robotics, and DeviceTalks Boston. All logos have a double hexagon cut in half.

The Robotics Summit and Expo will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center on May 10-11. A contingent of our Black in Robotics Boston chapter leaders will be attending. Joining them will be PhD Candidate Andre Cleaver from Tufts University, who said this about why he’s excited to attend the Summit:

Attending the Boston expo means that I can network with other roboticists in the area and discuss with them my research on how Augmented Reality (AR) can play a role in human-robot interaction. I am interested in discussing issues roboticists face regarding their experiences with their robots and inquire what information they like to see visualized to improve their workflow. This expo also means that I get to see any new forms of robot technology that may inspire new approaches or techniques I can integrate into my work.

Check back here after the Summit and Expo for cool insights about what we saw, heard, and loved!
